Kulchin of the Russian Academy established the Academician expert workstation; with Zhejiang University established Zhejiang University Graduate Practice Base”; with the Harbin Institute of Technology established Power Battery and Electronic Control Technology Joint Research Center; with Hunan University established Power Battery Application Technology Research Center”; with Austria STARD company established the Sino-Austrial Electric Vehicle Design and High-Speed Motor Technology Development Center; cooperation with the German ZOZ Group established Powder Materials Joint Laboratory; and with Germany NETZSCH company established Sino-German Nano-Materials Joint Laboratory.

Porous polymer lithium?ion power battery (China/ Russian cooperation):

The design and material is different from the traditional liquid lithium ion battery. The use of organic and inorganic composite membrane technology, the diaphragm is three-dimensional structure, the formation of high porosity and distortion to make the absorption rate higher and retention rate better. The entire battery system without free-state electrolyte, the use of polymer materials at high temperature and low polymerization characteristics, thermal creep is small, resistant to high and low temperature changes strong, greatly improving the safety of the battery. The research on the heat generation mechanism of the battery, the thermal effect of the analysis, the preparation of the porous electrode by phase separation, the lifting of the specific surface area, the improvement of the ion exchange channel, the shortening of the exchange time of the lithium-ion to improve the exchange rate and the exchange capacity, and reduce the ion exchange friction chemical heat production. At the same time, the use of external plug-in fluid technology, so that the uniform distribution of the collector to minimize the polarization resistance, effectively solve the high current physical heat production, pretreatment technology to effectively solve the problem of active material flaking,effectively extending the life.

 

New function material technology (China/ Russian cooperation):

In the power battery materials, we will establish a complete material properties research of physical and chemicaland micro-test analysis the benchmarking ability,to track the material in the entire battery life cycle and extreme conditions of physical and chemical characterization, to achieve the current and next generation of batteries;

In the field of hull materials, for the deep sea and ocean submersible research vessel use conditions, developed based on glass alloy high performance hull material, and completed trial production, underwater verification, and submersible materials used in diving 11000 meters .

3D printing technology implanted in the field of medical materials. The mechanical compatibility, biocompatibility and implantation safety of multi-dimensional comprehensive performance attributes requirements, broken down into material properties, preparation technics, with a complete development process and ability. Based on the material phase transformation optimization and superfine spheroidization treatment technology, combined with laser fusion technology and surface nano processing technology, the integrated realization of the excellent quality of products; 3D printing technology and titanium alloy materials are widely used in the implanted bone and engine key parts and so on.
